Frozen Turkey Hunt – Boothbay

During the Frozen Turkey Hunt, a Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens tradition, children search for apples, many of which win prizes including frozen turkeys. A Golden Apple will be good for 150 gallons of fuel oil. Other activities include apple tasting, decorating sugar cookies, creative coloring, and a fall obstacle course.
