The New England Farm 2 Fork Project’s 40-Mile Meal dinner will consist of locally made artisan and farmstead cheeses, pastured local lamb, antique (heirloom) apples and many other locally raised products. Turn-of-the-Century Trolleys -- Kennebunk

Take yourself back to the heyday of trolley travel on the seacoast, when passengers could ride the electric railway from Sanford to Cape Porpoise in 90 minutes for 35 cents. This exhibition explores the progression of the area's trolley system from 1899 until the 1930s through archival photographs and postcard images. Location: The Brick Store Museum, 117 Main Street. USA Biathlon National Championships – Fort Kent

America's best male and female biathletes will compete for titles in mass start (15K, 12.5K) sprint (10K, 7.5K) and pursuit (12.5K, 10K) races. The 10th Mountain biathlon stadium has spectator seating at its 30-station shooting range, and is one of a handful of American sites to host a World Cup event. Canadian racers will also be in Fort Kent to compete in the final events of the NorAm Cup Series Championship. Location: 10th Mountain Ski Center, 33 Paradis Circle Road.
