Aquaboggan Water Park in Saco, Maine, is packed with water attractions for all ages, making it the top spot for summer fun. Thrill rides like the Yankee Ripper and Stealth 5 send adrenaline seekers flying down steep slides, while the fan-favorite tube slide and Pipeline slides offer fast-paced twists and turns. The 750,000-gallon Giant Wave Pool delivers rolling surf all day long, and younger kids can safely splash in the Toddler Splash N’ Play zone. For something unique, the Aquasaucer challenges balance on a slippery, water-drenched dome. Bumper Boats offer a splashy spin on bumper cars. When it's time to dry off, enjoy go-karts, mini golf, or catch a double feature at the historic Saco Drive-In. Open since 1979, Aquaboggan is Maine’s original water park, offering free parking, picnic areas, and affordable options for both day trips and season passes.

Catch a wave of excitement at this water park, with thrilling rides, slides and pools

Are you a fan of the big splash, or a relaxing float in a pool? At Funtown Splashtown’s water park, you’ll have a great time either way. Race down a 45-foot slide head first on a mat, or grab a raft and a few friends and zip down the Mammoth Thrill Slide. Real thrill-seekers go for Poseidon’s Plunge, where the floor drops out of the bottom of a 60-foot slide, or an all-black tube slide where you’re totally in the dark. There’s a wading pool for the little ones and, in Pirates Paradise Aquaplane, eight water slides (and the pirate dumps 500 gallons of water every two minutes). Private cabanas can be rented in advance. The Splashtown park’s alter-ego, Funtown, has rides and games. A family owned and operated business, Funtown Splashtown puts guest safety first.
