The Inn has two buildings, the Victorian Main House and The Cottage, a 1920’s bungalow. Each building features 5 beautiful guest rooms available for your enjoyment. Each room is named after the Grand Hotels that existed in Old Orchard Beach at the time of the Inn’s construction. Our rooms are sunny, unique, and comfortably decorated with antiques. Select a cozy, romantic room for two, a two-bedroom suite for five or a newly renovated one-bedroom kitchenette suite. All rooms have private baths, air-conditioned, and are non-smoking.

We are located on a quiet tree lined corner, in the historic district; you can easily walk a minute to shops and restaurants, and 2 minutes to the Pier, Amusement area, and to 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach.
