Open to guests since 1889 and still operated by descendants of the original founding family, Oakland House Seaside Resort provides a quiet setting for relaxation. Ideally located, this historic resort is central to the myriad of restaurants, galleries, shops, and attractions on the Blue Hill Peninsula. Acadia National Park is but an hour drive away. Locally are kayaks and canoes for rent as are skippered sailing and powerboat cruises of the Bay.
